Cheldan's founder and director Steve Santry studied construction at college in 1986 before gaining a wealth of experience within the family business. In 1998 Steve was welcomed as a member of the Federation of Master Builders and European Builders Confederation. He has since set-up Cheldan and introduced a host of experienced employees to the team.
